We strive to provide service within 24 hours of the initial call. Occasionally, there may be unforeseen circumstances that prevent immediate service, but that is rare and we will work to make it right! We recommended calling a few days ahead. If you are needing more than one dumpster for a large project, please give a week's notice.

What do I do when dumpster is full?

Dumpster debris cannot exceed the top of the container. By law, each dumpster must be covered with a tarp for transport. 

Weight limit is 8 tons. Anything over 8 tons exceeds limits for public road ways and can cause equipment malfunction. 


Dumpsters will not be picked up if loaded too heavy or too high.

Please note that rain causes debris to weigh much more so it is a good idea to tarp material when possible.

If your dumpster is full and ready to be removed or swapped for an empty one, please call and we will take care of the rest! You do not need to be present for pick up of the dumpster.

It is recommended that someone be on site when the driver delivers a dumpster but it is not required. Please relay as much information as possible when renting a dumpster so there is no confusion as to where to place it. Dumpsters are heavy so it is best to determine ahead of time the placement. Delivering a Dumpster

Roll-Offs are priced based on location the dumpster will be set. We need the general location before we can provide an accurate price. Before your dumpster is delivered, your initial payment is required and will include setting the dumpster as well as the first haul fee, plus tax. Tonnage will be billed after the dumpster is picked up and weighed as well as any rental fees incurred.
