Trash is picked up weekly and your specific day will be relayed to you upon rental service.

You can sign up for Autopay at anytime! This is our preferred method as it prevents any delay in service due to missed payments. Bills can also be paid online or over the phone!

If you need to report a missed pickup or damage to cart / bin, please contact us right away and we will be happy to assist you. 

Communication is key. Due to a variety of circumstances, we need to be able to reach you in the quickest, most efficient way possible. Occasionally, trash days change due to route optimization or equipment malfunctions,  therefore it is vital we have an active email address on your account in order to send information as needed. We will not bombard you with spam emails!
